At Cyklar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Cyklar account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.
Package Your Products
Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
